Instructions for Oral Presentations

Equipment in the session rooms

A video-projector, a screen, a computer, laser pen and a blackboard will be available in each room assigned for a scientific session.

Other projection devices (slide projectors, overhead projectors, etc.) may be available upon request.

NOTE:

1. Speakers will be unable to connect to the Internet with their laptops
   in the meeting rooms;
2. Cyber-spaces will be provided, and wireless Internet will be
   available in the lobby of BIT Teaching Center and around the building;
3. There will be a technician in every room.
