Basic Meeting A – Package A

We provide the service of abstract and programme management. The organizer is responsible for the registration and the local organization as well as for the financial management of the meeting. After the conference, we charge the organizer for the provided services via a flat rate as mentioned for Package A.

Basic Meeting B – Package B

We provide the service of registration management. The participants are invoiced for the registration fee by Copernicus Meetings but on behalf of the organizer. We collect the registration fees and transfer the whole gross amount afterwards. The VAT taxation has to be borne by the organizer who has to be registered with the specific VAT-ID in the country where the meeting takes place. After the conference we charge the organizer for the provided services via a flat rate as mentioned for Package B.

Extended Meeting – Packages A+B

We provide the service of abstract and programme management as well as registration management as described above.

Complete Meeting – Packages A+B+C

We provide all services for the conference – abstract & programme management, registration management as well as local organizing. We negotiate the proposals and contracts with the congress centre and organize everything from technical equipment to catering. We invoice all participants, exhibitors and others in the name of the organizer, collect the registration fees and transfer the whole gross amount. The VAT taxation has to be borne by the organizer who has to be registered with the specific VAT-ID in the country where the meeting takes place. Afterwards, we charge the organizer for the provided services of packages A+B+C via flat rates mentioned for Package A, Package B and Package C.

Additionally, we organize the conference under license and are therefore responsible for the fiscal registration and VAT taxation in the country where the conference takes place. This is interesting for associations organizing events in various countries.
