Copernicus Meetings offers the service of the abstract & programme management. The customer is responsible for the registration & the local organization as well as for the financial management of the meeting. After the conference, Copernicus Meetings bills the customer for the provided services of package A via the flat rate as mentioned for Package A.


Basic Meeting B – Package B

Copernicus Meetings offers the service of the registration management. The participants get invoices for the registration fee from Copernicus Meetings but on behalf of the customer. Copernicus Meetings receives the registration fees and transfers the whole gross amount after the meeting to the customer. The VAT taxation has to be borne by the customer who has to be registered with the specific VAT-ID in the country where the meeting takes place. After the conference, Copernicus Meetings bills the customer for the provided services of package B via the flat rate as mentioned for Package B.


Extended Meeting – Packages A+B

Copernicus Meetings offers the service of the abstract & programme management as well as of the registration management. Regarding the registration, the participants get invoices from Copernicus Meetings but on behalf of the customer. Copernicus Meetings receives the registration fees and transfers the whole gross amount after the meeting to the customer. The VAT taxation has to be borne by the customer who has to be registered with the specific VAT-ID in the country where the meeting takes place. Afterwards, Copernicus Meetings bills the customer for the provided services of packages A+B via the flat rates as mentioned for Package A and Package B.


Complete Meeting – Packages A+B+C

Copernicus Meetings offers the service of the whole meeting organization – the abstract & programme management, the registration management & the local organizing. Copernicus Meetings then negotiates the proposals and contracts with the congress centre and organizes the conference from technical equipment to catering, but on behalf of the customer. Regarding the registration, Copernicus Meetings invoices all participants, exhibitors & others in the name of the customer, receives the registration fees and transfers the whole gross amount after the meeting to the customer. The VAT taxation has to be borne by the customer who has to be registered with the specific VAT-ID in the country where the meeting takes place. Afterwards, Copernicus Meetings bills the customer for the provided services of packages A+B+C via the flat rates as mentioned for Package A, Package B and Package C.
