The press room is located on the Yellow Level (Ground Floor) at the Austria Center Vienna, and it is opened from Monday – Friday, 25 – 29 April 2005. The Press Room will be run by:

The press facilities include the standard technical facilities for such events. They include a room for general press conferences and special thematic sessions, several side rooms to give journalists and scientists opportunities for interviews and detailed breefings, and a communication room. The communication room is equipped with phones, a fax machine, a overhead projector, Mini-Disk sound recorder, microphones, amplifier, speakers, computers with broadband (including wireless) Internet access and printer, and a photocopy machine. Wireless LAN will be available also in other areas at the congress centre.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided in the press room from Monday to Friday.
