For each registrant, COSIS provides a "Personal Index Box" which will be accessible for that particular registrant only and NOT for the general public!

The FIRST participation, called "Directory" encompasses seven Index Cards with the personal / organizational coordinates.

The SECOND participation, called "Subscriptions", includes seven Index Cards providing personal records with regard to Memberships; Donations; Journal Subscriptions; Book Subscriptions; Subscriptions of Other Kinds; Items purchased at the COSIS Shop; and Accounts. Any registrant will be debited by COSIS through his/her account records!

The THIRD participation, called "Submissions", includes seven Index Cards providing personal records with regard to submission of smaller articles for publication in bulletins e.g.; abstracts; proceedings; comments/replies; letters; manuscripts in journals; and articles in books or review issues.

The FORTH participation, called "Registrations", includes seven Index Cards providing personal records with regard to the activities related to conferences, meetings and workshop, such as registration; special/social events; conference material; accommodation; adverts/flyer/inserts; exhibition, and others.

The FIFTH participation, called "Positions", includes seven Index Cards providing personal records with regard to the positions held within the societies and organizations sponsoring COSIS, such as, e.g., positions in Councils, Commissions and Committees, as Organizers of Sessions at Assemblies, or as Editor or Reviewer of publications. The last Index Card summarizes the Awards and Medals received.

COSIS will update these records once your session with COSIS regarding one or several of the above items is completed. Only you yourself will decide when a record shall be deleted.
