For each registrant, COSIS provides a "Personal Index Box" which will be accessible for that particular registrant only and NOT for the general public!
The FIRST partition of the "Personal Index Box" encompasses seven "Index Cards":

	1.	Personal Business - for the personal, more permanent business coordinates of the registrant.
	2.	Company - for the more permanent business coordinates of the registered representative of an organization.
	3.-5.	Temporary 1-3 - for the personal coordinates of places where the registrant will stay away from his/her business address for longer than one month within a particular year.
	6.	Home - for the personal coordinates of the registrant at home.
	7.	Extras - for additional information which will make an interaction between the registrant and COSIS more simple.
During your first registration with COSIS, only the "Personal Business" or "Company" index card will be filled. If you then want to change the content or to start a new index card, please click on "Change Content". In this mode you may also select those data, which YOU personally want to be included in the "Public Directory", accessible for all COSIS users. We kindly suggest that you should at least provide your business mail address and email number. ..and please, remember that COSIS is a Service System NOT accessible for the general public but only for your colleague researchers!
