Call for sessions, workshops, and panel discussions

Teams of two people (session host and co-host) can submit proposals for sessions. A session is a collection of various individual contributions (presentations or posters) that share a common topic. Session proposals will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

Proposals for workshops and panel discussions may also be submitted as part of this call. These formats allow for more in-depth discussion of a topic, with a stronger emphasis on interdisciplinary perspectives. Proposals for panels and workshops will also be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. A list of the members of the Scientific Committee can be found on our website.

Call for contributions

The call for contributions will start in early January 2027.

During the call for contributions, researchers can submit individual contributions related to the proposed sessions. Contributions will be presented as posters or 15-minute oral presentations.

Evaluations of submitted contributions for safe^ND 2027 will be conducted by the host and co-host of the corresponding topical session.
