Information - CL037 Cretaceous and Palaeogene palaeoceanography and palaeoclimatology
Event Information
In this session we solicit data, modelling or integrated studies, for reconstruction of marine and terrestrial environments during the Cretaceous and Palaeogene. Geochemical, sedimentological and palaeontological data investigations are welcomed. Topics within this session wil include long-term secular variations as well as shorter-term 'extreme' geological events, such as OAEs, transient climatic events and extraterrestrial impacts.
