Information - AS3.15 Satellite Observations on air quality and stratospheric composition
Event Information
This session will discuss recent discoveries of atmospheric composition including transport and chemistry in the stratosphere and troposphere. Results from observations of air quality, stratospheric ozone, depletion, and climate from Aura, Envisat, ACE, ODIN, and GOME or combination of these satellites is encouraged. Enhancements of these observations using data assimilation and chemistry transport models is also being solicited. Recent data validation activities and ground based measurements combined with satellite data will also be highlighted in this session
