General Information

Participation in the 1st TERRABITES Symposium is by payment of the appropriate symposium fee. Invited speakers and members of the TERRABITES/ABBA Management Committees do not have to pay.

Fees

Payments are only accepted in cash directly at the symposium.

Conditions and Cancellation Policy

• Fees are not transferable.
• Fees will only be refunded, if the notice of cancellation is received by Copernicus Meetings before 08 January 2010. The cancellation fee is €15.
• Any claims must be received by Copernicus Meetings not later than 6 weeks after the last day of the symposium. Any later requests cannot be handled.

Importance Notice

• Once your payment has been effected you will be informed by email with your receipt and your invoice attached.
• All registrations will be registered through the Copernicus Office Trader which will also allow the registrants to monitor their input.
