Official Language

The official language of the 11th Plinius Conference on Mediterranean Storms is English. Simultaneous interpretation is not provided. It is therefore expected that authors are able to present their research more or less fluently in the English language.

Oral & Poster Presentations

Conveners, in conjunction with the scientific committee, will decide on relative allocation of posters vs. oral presentations, and the relative length of oral presentations. We encourage strongly the use of poster presentations as a form of scientific communication, and will ensure maximum visibility and discussion time of posters during the conference.

Conference Proceedings

Authors whose papers will be accepted for presentation at the 11th Plinius Conference on Mediterranean Storms, will be invited after the Conference to prepare a short but self-contained manuscript (4-6 pages) for publication in the Conference Proceedings a special issue of Advances in Geosciences (ADGEO).

Selected contributions will be invited for submission as regular length articles to a special issue of Natural Hazards and Earth System Sciences (NHESS).
