How to submit a Full Paper?
Thank you very much for your interest in the 8th International Symposium on Spatial Data Quality ! The following steps should give you a guideline for the submission of your Full Paper (deadline is 15 April 2013). You are kindly asked to prepare your Full Paper as PDF file locally on your own computer, using the templates supplied below, and then to submit the PDF you have generated.
- Use the link "Paper Submission".
- You are asked to login to the Copernicus Office Meeting Organizer. Use your Copernicus Office user ID which was sent to you in the confirmation email for the submission of your abstract.
- Click on "Extend" next to your abstract title in order to start the Full Paper Submission process.
- Check the submittal information about Title, Author(s), and Affiliation(s) of author(s) and change if necessary.
- Please prepare a PDF file with the Title, Authors, Affiliation. Please note that the respective ISPRS template for full paper for WORD (doc) or LaTeX (tex) must be used for the submission of your Full Paper. Full Papers submitted without having used the ISPRS standard template cannot be accepted for the publication.
- Upload your prepared Full Paper PDF file.
- The online system then embeds your PDF file in an umbrella template including the automatic generation of the header for publication in ISPRS Archives. The outcome is a complete Full Paper PDF file.
- If the conversion of your Full Paper fails, please specify your problems and we will take care of it.
- Please note that the submission still needs to be confirmed after having closed the "Preview" tab/window by clicking on "Submission".
In case any questions arise, please contact us at meetings@copernicus.org.
General Remarks
- Full Papers should have a max. length of 6 pages and should be clear, concise and written in English with correct spelling and good sentence structure.
- We recommend that the Full Paper is carefully compiled and thoroughly checked, in particular with regard to the list of authors, before submission in order to avoid last minute changes.
- The submission of a Full Paper carries with it the obligation that it is actually presented at the meeting by the author or by one of the co-authors.
