General Information

Registration for the Storm Surges Congress 2010 is by payment of the appropriate registration fee. There is no waiving of registration fees except for scientists receiving a support.

The registration fee includes Senate Reception and the Fieldtrip "Tideelbe". It does not include the Conference Dinner anymore. Please note that due to limited space in the restaurant we can not guarantee for your attendance if you register after 23 August 2010.

Please note that the registration includes a free week-ticket for the public transportation system of Greater Hamburg. You will receive the ticket at the registration counter.

Registration payments may be made by credit card (American Express, Mastercard, VISA or JCB) or by bank transfer. For the Registration, please use the Copernicus Office Trader by logging in with your Copernicus Office user ID and password below. If you do not have a Copernicus Office user ID yet, please create an account (see below) before starting the registration process. Student Registration requires the Copernicus Office status Student. Please check or modify your personal data.

Attention!

Online registration is closed! Onsite registration during the conference hours is still possible.

Conditions and Cancellation Policy

  • Registration must be accompanied by a payment, otherwise it will not be processed and the on-site registration rates will be taken as a basis.
  • Registration fees are not transferable.
  • Registration fees will only be refunded, if the notice of cancellation is received by Copernicus Meetings
    before 10 August 2010. The cancellation fee is €50.
  • Any claims must be received by Copernicus Meetings not later than 6 weeks after the last day of the conference. Any later requests cannot be handled.


Importance Notice

  • Once your payment has been effected you will be informed by email with your receipt and your invoice attached.
  • All registrations will be registered through the Copernicus Office Trader which will also allow the registrants to monitor their input.
