Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will take place at the restaurant "Berliner Republik" on 24 February 2011.

The 3 main courses for the menu (meat, fish or vegetarian) are:

Original Berlin potato soup à la "Kaiser Wilhelm"

Large Schnitzel of veal "Vienna style"
roasted potatoes, romaine lettuce and house dressing

Fried filet of plaice "Finkenwerder style"
with dill stewed pickles and roasted potatoes

or

The Vegetarian Flammkuchen (Tarte Flambée)
with sour cream, rocket salad and parmesan cheese
