Registration

The deadline for early pre-registration is 15 April 2013. On-line pre-registration will be open until 14 May 2013, however registration will also be possible on-site for those who can pay the fees in cash.

Registration fees include admission to all sessions, conference proceedings, coffee and a social event.

Please note that only papers for which at least one author has paid the registration by 15 April 2013 will be published.

Conditions and Cancellation Policy

• Pre-registration must be accompanied by a payment, otherwise it will not be processed and the on-site registration rates will be charged.
• Registration fees are not transferable.
• Registration fees can only be refunded, if a notice of cancellation is received by Copernicus Meetings before 14 May 2013. For any cancellation a handling fee of €50 will be retained by the organisers.
• Any claims must be received by Copernicus Meetings not later than 6 weeks after the last day of the conference. Any later requests cannot be handled.

Importance Notice

• Once your payment has been effected you will be informed by email with your receipt and your invoice attached.
• All pre-registrations will be registered through the Copernicus Office Trader which will also allow the registrants to monitor their input.
