How to submit a Paper?

Thank you very much for your interest in the GSGCbS – Global Spatial Grids and Cloud-based Services Workshop. The following steps should give you a guideline for the submission of your full paper (deadline is 10 September 2013). You are kindly asked to prepare your full paper as PDF file locally on your own computer, using the templates supplied below, and then to submit the PDF you have generated.

Guideline to read the reviewer comments

  • Use the link "Abstract Information".
  • You are asked to login to the Copernicus Office Meeting Organizer. Please use the same account as for the abstract submission.
  • Click on the “Reviewer Comments” Link
  • Please note that not all reviewers provided comments to the author. It might be that no comments are available.

Guideline to submit your full paper

  • Use the link "Paper Submission".
  • You are asked to login to the Copernicus Office Meeting Organizer. Please use the same account as for the abstract submission.
  • Use the link “Paper Submission”
  • Check the metadata (title, authors, affiliations). Please add all authors, as these data will be used for the publication and the programme generation.
  • Use the template for WORD (doc) or LaTeX (tex) to generate your full paper as a PDF file.
  • Upload your prepared full paper PDF file.
  • The online system then embeds yourfull paper PDF file in an umbrella template including the automatic generation of the actual header. The outcome is a complete full paper PDF file.
  • If the conversion of your full paper fails please specify your problems, we will then take care.
  • Submit your full paper.

In case any questions arise, please contact us at meetings@copernicus.org.

General Remarks

  • All accepted abstracts need to be extended to full papers (about 6 pages), which will be published in the ISPRS Archives if one author at least is registered for the conference before the early registration date.
  • For further details on how to format your paper, please refer to the ISPRS author's guideline (orange book).
  • Papers should be clear, concise and written in English with correct spelling and good sentence structure.
  • We recommend that the paper is carefully compiled and thoroughly checked, in particular with regard to the list of authors, before submission in order to avoid last minute changes.
  • The submission of a paper carries with it the obligation that it is actually presented at the meeting by the author or by one of the co-authors.

Please Note

An accepted abstract is necessary in order to be able to submit a full paper.
