Registration

Registration for the GSGCbS – Global Spatial Grids and Cloud-based Services Workshop is by payment of the appropriate registration fee. Please note that registrations can only be processed in EUROS.

Pre-Registration at Early Registration rates will be possible from mid of August until 15 September 2013. From 16 September 2013 the pre-registration at late registration rates will be possible. However registration will also be possible on-site.

The pre-registration payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (Mastercard, VISA, JCB or American Express). As of 30 September 2013 the payment of your registration will only be possible by credit card.

Please note that only papers for which at least one author has paid the registration by 15 September 2013 will be published.

Conditions and Cancellation Policy

  • Registration at must be accompanied by a payment, otherwise it will not be processed and the on-site registration rates will be charged.
  • Registration fees are not transferable.
  • Registration fees can only be refunded, if a notice of cancellation is received by Copernicus Meetings before 11 October 2013. For any cancellation a handling fee of €50 will be retained by the organizers.
  • Any claims must be received by Copernicus Meetings not later than 6 weeks after the last day of the conference. Any later requests cannot be handled.

Importance Notice

  • Once your payment has been effected you will be informed by email with your receipt and your invoice attached.
  • All pre-registrations will be registered through the Copernicus Office Trader which will also allow the registrants to monitor their input.
