Registration
General Information
Registration for the 9th EMS / 9th ECAM is by payment of the appropriate registration fee. There is no waiving of registration fees except for scientists receiving a support.
Registration fees cover access to all scientific events, the programme book, local transportation passes, refreshments during the coffee breaks and the icebreaker reception.

On-Site Registration
On-site registration at on-site rates will be possible at the registration counters and the payment can be made by cash or credit card.

Conference Dinner

Conditions and Cancellation Policy
- Pre-registration must be accompanied by a payment, otherwise it will not be processed and the on-site registration rates will be taken as a basis.
- Registration fees are not transferable.
- Registration fees will only be refunded, if the notice of cancellation is received by Copernicus Meetings before 21 August 2009. The cancellation fee is €50.
- Any claims must be received by Copernicus Meetings not later than 6 weeks after the last day of the conference. Any later requests cannot be handled.
