Job & Education Market

The European Geosciences Union (EGU) and the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) jointly organize a Job & Education Market. This market combines exhibition with presentations and aims to provide a forum where especially younger scientists meet and recruitment can be realized.

Participation for Companies, Organizations and Institutions

Companies, organizations and institutions have the possibility to either rent a booth, or to display their vacancy information flyers (max. A4 format) in the job offer area. I any case, job offers can additionally be posted on this website. For this purpose, please send a PDF file by email.

Renting a Booth

Renting a booth includes time slots to present the corporation scheduled in the conference programme. Centrally located in the poster area, the booths of the Job & Education Market provide major attention. In 2010, 27% of the participants, i.e. 2,814 out of 10,463, were PhD students. Post a Job Offer

The Job & Education Market also provides boards to post job offers and job applications. For job offers, book shelves are available to deposit a number of A4 flyers for a respective vacancy. Interested companies or institutions are kindly asked to bring their material to the market, located in Hall X of the congress centre, and to deposit it independently.

Participation for Job Applicants

Regarding job applications, poster boards are available where applicants can put their CV up. Please prepare your application also in A4 format. In addition, job offers can also be posted on this website. For this purpose, please send a PDF file by email.
