Information - GD21 Long-term Rift Evolution: Topography, Tectonics and Genesis
Event Information
This session is dedicated to research performed on rift systems throughout the world. Special emphasis will be given to various features related to rift evolution, namely topography change through time, tectonic evolution, generation of hydrocarbon, geothermal energy, source to sink phenomena and geo-hazards. We also invite contributions on dynamic modelling approaches of rift evolution and rift related phenomena, and results related to long-term rift evolution within Precambrian shield areas.
