Event Information
Lightning are considered as the second natural hazard after flash floodsfor number of victims in human beings, that is why it mattersto analyse the importance of their dangerousness.This section prefers to treat "Lightning" in their general meaning.In this way all the contribution topics aboutlightning are welcome:contributions from atmospheric research, lightning research,lightning data, data center management, operative use of lightning data,lightning detection technologies and lightning networks.This is the first time that EGS-EGU Assemblies organize a section aboutlightning and that is why this is a very important event for all of usworking and studying with passion about lightning's world.
