The EGU PS1.5 session “Social Benefits of Space Exploration” will address:
- Political and economical drivers for planetary exploration
- The challenge of Space law
- Business case for space exploration
- Models and strategic framework for space exploration
- Panorama of international missions
- US and international exploration programmes
- Sustained development and ethical aspects
- Competition for resources
The session will include invited and contributed talks as well as a pannel discussion and interactive posters with short oral introduction.
