Information - US6/NP1.01 Nonlinear Processes: Advances and Challenges in Geosciences (including Lewis Frey Richardson Medal Lecture) (invited papers only) (co-organized by NP)
Event Information
Nonlinear processes are ubiquitous in Geosciences and they remain
the main difficulty to overcome for application sake, just like for
theoretical advances. This session will review the present
challenges and the most recent advances to better evaluate the
prospects and to foster this research. A few invited lectures will
intoduce a general discussion on this theme.
