Starting with SMART-1, we have entered an International Lunar Decade with number of orbiters and landers that will provide new science and exploration opportunities, until human return to the Moon. Invited , contributed, posters and forum discussions will cover:
- Open questions and recent results in lunar science
- Results from SMART-1
- Status of upcoming lunar missions(Selene, Chang'E, Chandrayaan-1 , LRO, LCROSS) and preparation for data exploitation
- Opportunities for lunar landers and sample return missions
