Information - LF3 Geophysical Measurements in planetary soil analogs
Event Information
One of the main goal of planetary exploration is to determine the characteristics of surface materials in order to shed light on the geological evolution.
To this end, ground-based and in-situ (lander/rovers) observations and space-borne remote sensing instruments are providing more and more detailed data from planetary surfaces.
In order to best interpret these data a careful comparison with field and laboratory data of analogues materials is needed.
This session is aimed to collect the recent progresses obtained in geophysical measurements in planetary soil analogues.
