Information - GD15 Potential Fields in Geostatics and Geodynamics

Event Information
This intra-disciplinary symposium encompases all aspect of potential field methods in geodesy, geology and geophysics; from the mathematical theory to the applications. Its scope includes both the static and the dynamic problems where potential field data (mainly gravity and magnetic) are involved. The main driving force behind these symposia is to create a forum for the exchange of ideas and experiences on the state-of-the-art methodology, the obtainable accuracies in applications as well as the possible directions for the future research. All focussed on potential field methods.

Preliminary List of Solicited Speakers
Dr. Detlef Wolf, GFZ, Potsdam, Germany.
Dr. Artu Elleman, University of New Brunswick, Canada
Dr. Jörg Ebbing,Geological Survey of Norway
