Information - SSP2 Shallow to Deep-Water Marine Carbonate Systems

Event Information
Sedimentology in the 21st Century - a tribute to Wolfgang Schlager
This session has three main goals:
First we would like to use this opportunity to assemble sedimentologists that are somehow linked to (or influenced by) the work of Wolfgang Schlager. These might be old friends, former students or 'just' colleagues.
Second, we would like to welcome all open contributions in the field of shallow to deep water marine carbonate systems to this session. Paul Crevello will provide us with a keynote lecture on his view of modern seismic sedimentology.
Third, we want to present the special volume of Sedimentary Geology at this meeting entitled "Sedimentology in the 21st Century - a tribute to Wolfgang Schlager".
