Information - ES3 Integrating Activities in Environmental Science Education - Approaches and Perspectives

Event Information
ACCENT is the European Network of Excellence in Atmospheric Composition Change
(www.accent-network.org). The Network aims at integrating activities and create
durable means of collaboration and communication in Europe and beyond. The
Task «Training and Education» in ACCENT seeks to undertake integrating
activities in the field of science education and outreach. There are currently
a great number of fragmented activities in the dissemination of scientific
results (e.g., in EU projects) to a variety of target groups and by a diversity
of institutions. T&E in ACCENT hopes to contribute to an integration of the
activities, and build up a structured forum for European leaders in science
education and outreach with an associated action plan for joint future avenues.
We invite contributions from individuals and organisations who are interested
in participating in this process.
