Information - VGP13 High-pressure and high-temperature mineral physics: contributions towards the unterstanding of planetary interiors
Event Information
Physical properties of minerals, rocks and melts are of fundamental importance to our understanding of planetary interiors. In recent years many new advances in equipment and techniques have helped to widen the array of high quality physical measurements, not least in the areas of ultra high pressure and synchrotron-based experiments. We solicit contributions in all areas of high temperature and pressure measurements with relevance to the physics and chemistry of planetary interiors-from the very shallow to the very centre.
