Information - GM5.1 Dynamics and morphology of erosional channels (co-listed in HS)

Event Information
Sediment produced in erosional processes is routed to the next depositional basin through erosional channels. These channels constantly evolve to adjust to changing discharge, sediment supply, tectonic forcing, and other boundary conditions. In this session we welcome all contributions dealing with dynamics and morphology of erosional channels, as well as work on channel-shaping processes. This includes submarine and subaerial channels, set in bedrock, ice, mud, and other cohesive materials.
