Event Information
Drilling is becoming an increasingly important tool in Earth sciences
as it provides unique access to samples and active processes at depth.
The International Continental Scientific Drilling Program and the
Integrated Ocean Drilling Program support projects with drilling
needs in Europe and globally.
In the near future, key scientific issues are for instance, sea-level
changes, seismic and volcanic risk as well as the evolution of life.
All scientists and engineers interested are cordially invited to a
reception with discussion.
