Information - MPRG03 Paleomagnetism in orogenic systems (co-listed in TS)

Event Information
This session will focus on the paleomagnetic analysis of large
scale tectonic processes such as strain and rotations in magmatic
arcs, thrust belts, continental transforms, collisional systems in
Asia, Cordilleran systems , Mediterranean region, or others. Other
topics of interest such as the paleomagnetic estimates of erosional
processes linked to mountain destruction or climatic processes, the
paleomagnetic comparison of ancient tectonic with current
deformation, or the paleomagnetic exploration of tectonic driving
forces in the mantle are welcome.

Dr. Jaume Dinarès-Turell, Dr.Jean Besse
