Session Tagging, i.e. conveners communicate wishes and requirements regarding room size, time blocks, no-overlap requests, to SOC
10 – 16 June 2011 Scientific Organizing Committee Part 1:
evaluation of rejected and unassigned contributions, finalization of sessions that have not completed Convener Part 1 task
17 – 21 June 2011 Scientific Organizing Committee Part 2:
assigning of time blocks, rooms, days and exact session times to each session on the basis of convener requests and consistency for the program
21 June 2011 Letter of Acceptance
(Information to authors if their abstract is accepted and in which session, no information about oral or poster decision)
24 June – 01 July 2011 Convener Part 3:
oral/ poster selection (according to assigned timeblocks), ordering of presentations
30 June 2011 Late Abstracts deadline
02 – 10 July 2011 Scientific Organizing Committee Part 3:
finalization of program
