General Information for Exhibitors Companies, organizations, institutes or departments are invited to:
Exhibition Exhibition Location – Floor plan The exhibition will be located in the Hall X of Austria Center Vienna together with the poster sessions and the Internet café. Exhibition Time Schedule Exhibitors are expected to build up their display on Sunday and to pull it down on Friday afternoon. The official opening of the exhibition is on Monday morning. The exhibition will then be open from Monday – Thursday, 09:00–18:00, and on Friday, 09:00–13:00. Booths – Floor plan Each 6 sqm booth will consist of aluminum sections with white melanin coated panels on 3 sides and a front panel composed of aluminum frame containing a white melanin coated panel with the exhibitor's name, grey carpeting, single phase earthed 2000 W - 220 V electricity including with one plug 220 V, and per 3 sqm one spot light 100 W. Advertisements The organizer accepts adverts only in digital form as photographs or images or as line art for inclusion in the scientific programme book in the following sizes:
Please note that the advertisements will be printed in black and white. Thereby, photographs and images must be submitted as .jpg, .gif or .png files with a resolution of 300 dpi, while all line art (line/vector graphs) must be submitted as .eps (encapsulated postscript) files to egu.production@copernicus.org. Important Notes Your material to be exhibited or distributed will be at the congress centre (Austria Center Vienna, Exhibition EGU / Your Company Name and Booth Number, Bruno-Kreisky-Platz 1, 1220 Vienna, Austria), on Friday, 22 April 2005, and your artwork to be included in the programme book will be at the Copernicus GmbH by Friday, 25 February 2005 at the very latest. The organizers do not accept liability for any losses or damages, and the exhibitor is responsible for the transportation to and from the congress centre as well as for the supervision of his/her stand.
