Presentation upload
For all presentations the presentation file needs to be uploaded to the conference platform at least 24 hours in advance of the start of the session. It is NOT possible to use your own notebook onsite.
Upload of oral presentations
- Presentation files for oral presentations are not shared outside your live session.
- All presenters (regardless of whether presenting onsite or virtually) must upload their presentation file at least 24 hours prior to the session's start time.
- The presentation file can either be uploaded by the contact author (who submitted the abstract) or the nominated presenting author of the abstract of the abstract.
- The uploading author will be asked for agreement to the publication of their talk after the conference. For presenters who agree to the publication of their talk, recordings will be made available online after the meeting.
- A presentation file (i.e. slides for a talk) can be in *.pdf, *.ppt/pptx, or *.pps/ppsx. The size of presentation files is limited to 100 MB per abstract.
Upload of poster presentations
- All poster presenters are encouraged to upload their poster presentation file to the online programme.
- The presentation file can either be uploaded by the contact author (who submitted the abstract) or the nominated presenting author of the abstract.
- During upload of the presentation file, one must select whether their poster is visible on the session page either during their display time or for the full conference week.
- The presentation file must be a one page PDF file. The file size is limited to 100 MB.
Supplementary material
- All authors are encouraged to upload supporting materials to accompany their abstracts. These can be uploaded until 21 December 2025 and will be visible for the public via the session programme. Modifications are possible throughout this period.
- Authors can opt to open a public comment tool for their presentation.
- Supplementary materials can be in *.pdf, *.ppt/pptx, *.pps/ppsx, *.png, *.jpg, or *.mp4 format, or they can be a *.html linked on the conference website and programme but hosted on the author's own infrastructure. If *.mp4 files are uploaded, these will be submitted to Vimeo.
- In addition to the supplementary materials, authors can provide a DOI or URL linking to a presentation they have pre-recorded and submitted to portals like YouTube.
- The file size of supplementary materials is limited to 100 MB per abstract for *.pdf, *.ppt/pptx, *.pps/ppsx, *.png, or *.jpg files, and to 200 MB for a *.mp4 video file.
