There are two steps:
- Submit a "pré-inscription" with choice of category and supplement (see details and pricing below).
- Once step 1 is validated by the workshop organizers, you will receive an email with a link directing you to payment in Euros via credit card or bank transfer (check your spam). Pre-inscription will be validated only for participants listed as registered.
Registration fees
Tables at the bottom of the page detail the various rates for an early-bird registration (until 2 June 2024).
- As maximum capacity has been reached, payment of registration fees for on-site participation is now restricted to registered participants. .
- Online participants can register until 31 August 2024.
- From 3 June 2024 prices will be increased by €50.
- "Early career" refers to graduate or PhD students, post-docs, or a scientist who defended PhD within the past seven years.
- Basic rate is for a shared confort room. Supplements are available for single confort room, shared premium room, or single premium room, or room shared with a plus one. Premium rooms have sea-side views and larger bathrooms. You can choose a supplement for your category:
- Early career (including early career invited speakers) > supplements A to E
- Regular (including regular invited speakers) > supplements F to J
The total price will be basic rate + supplement (if relevant).
The availability of supplements cannot be guaranteed given the limited number of rooms in each category.
- There are no reduced rates for participants who can only be present for part of the workshop.
- Cancellation is possible until 1 July 2024 but will require significant paperwork and time. Cancellation fees of €20 will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be possible after 1 July 2024.
- Online attendance is possible only for keynote presentations and plenary discussions.
