The first speaker for the motion talks for about 15 minutes with illustrations (powerpoint)
The first speaker against the motion talks for 15 minutes with illustrations

The second speaker for the motion replies for about 10 minutes The second speaker against the motion replies for about 10 minutes

Then questions are invited from the audience
