Event Information
The intensive industrial development of the world society provokes several changes in the geological characteristics of the crust. The constructions of several big and deep dams is related to the beginning or to the increasing of the seismic manifestations, some more to the registration of several moderate earthquakes. The considerable mining under the earth surface, sometimes on the surface could cause the appearance or the intensification of seismicity. The combination of man-made activities with the natural mobility of several territories is generally the main cause for the creation of significant geological dangers.
