Time Schedule and Lecture Room

All oral presentations are in plenary and take place in the Agathe-Lasch-Lecture Room. The time of general presentations is 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for questions and change over.

Presentation Preparation and Session

Please, use the template provided under "Templates Oral"at the congress website. Each lecture room is equipped with one PC projector together with a "Laptop/Desktop Station", a pointer, and one screen. This "standard equipment" is free of any extra charge! One projectionist will be present in each lecture room. He/she will help the chairperson and the speakers.

It is strictly prohibited to take photos and/or copies from laptops and desktops of any scientific material without the expressed permission by the authors.

Please submit your full presentation by 03 September 2010 at the latest to the Congress Organizers. In order to check the full extensions of your presentation the Organizers need to put it on the conference laptop and test it. Presentation which will be sent after the deadline can not be uploaded to the conference laptop and tested in advance. Presentations can be sent by Email to marcus.lange@loicz.org . In case the size of the attached file exceeds the allowed capacity of your outgoing emailserver, please ask for instructions how to upload your presentation on an FTP-Server (accessible via FileZilla: http://filezilla-project.org).
