Registration
General Information
Registration for the Plinius Conference on Mediterranean Storms is by payment of the appropriate registration fee. There is no waiving of registration fees except for scientists assigned by the Local Organizing Committee.
The registration fee includes participation in the meeting and the programme book.
The registration fee also includes free participation in all social events:
- Buffet Dinner on Monday, 10 September 2007
- Buffet Dinner on Tuesday, 11 September 2007
- Conference Dinner on Wednesday, 12 September 2007
- Boat Tour of Como Lake on Thursday morning, 13 September 2007
Pre-Registration
No longer available.
Please use the COSIS online shopping system at no additional service charges for the pre-registration. Have your COSIS ID-Nr. and your password ready and use this link to enter the pre-registration. We do not send any invoices nor do we accept any orders or bank transfers unless you use the COSIS online shop!
Pre-Registrants
At the congress, pre-registrants will receive their name badge and their conference material at the registration desk.
On-Site Registration
On-site registration at on-site rates will be possible at the registration desk which is located at the ground floor of the International Congress Centre “Villa Monastero” at:

Attention: Cheques will not be accepted! On-site registration can be made either by cash (in EURO only) or by credit card (American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa or JCB).

Conditions and Cancellation Policy
- Pre-registration must be accompanied by a payment, otherwise it will not be processed and the on-site registration rates will be taken as a basis.
- Registration fees are not transferable.
- Registration fees will only be refunded, if the notice of cancellation is received by the Copernicus Meeting Office before 31 August 2007. The cancellation fee is 50,- EUR.
Importance Notice
Once your payment has been effected you will be informed and receive your receipt.
A pro-forma invoice and/or an invoice and/or a receipt can be obtained online via COSIS. All registrations will be registered through the COSIS administration tool which will also allow the registrants to monitor their input.
