Guidelines for Authors (Oral)

It is strictly prohibited to take photos and/or copies from laptops and desktops of any scientific material without the expressed permission by the authors.

Lecture Rooms

Oral presentations are organized in oral sessions scheduled in the lecture room. The length of the oral presentations will be no less than 12 minutes (including questions and discussion) and will be decided by the Scientific Committee when finalizing the Conference Programme.

Presentations

Please bring your presentation either on CD-ROM or on a memory stick.

There will be computers available for all oral presentations both in Fermi Conference Room and in Polvani Meeting Room. For each Session, presentations will have to be loaded before the Session starts.
