Conference Dinner Thursday, 19 October 2006
A conference dinner in the Cactus Garden of the Ein Gedi Kibbutz has been planned.
Participants will enjoy the magnificent vistas of the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea from the patio where a dinner, in this rustic setting, will be served.
Conference Professional Tour Friday, 20 October 2006
A tour of the surrounding Dead Sea area in special desert vehicles including ascent and tour of the ancient fortress of Massada, famous for the stand of the Hebrew Zealots in 70-73 CE. These leaders of the Great Revolt against the Romans occupied Massada after the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem and withstood the Roman siege for over two years.
