Target Conferences is the official travel agent for the Conference. In addition to the accommodation, a post tour is offered, specifically designed for participants of the Conference.

Kindly complete the Accommodation Form and return with required payment at your earliest convenience.

Payment

In order to book your accommodation please complete the Accommodation Form and return with a deposit of US$200 for the Crowne Plaza Hotel or US$100 for the Tulip Inn Dead Sea.

Payment for accommodation and tours reserved by Target Conferences is to be made (less deposit) upon arrival at the Target Conferences hospitality desk at the conference venue, with a 3% surcharge. If full payment is made together with the reservation prior to arrival, there will be no surcharge. Target Conferences accepts traveler cheques and major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:

Postmarked until 15 August 2006 – full refund less US$ 50 handling fee.
Postmarked until 30 August 2006 – 50% refund on deposit.
Postmarked after 31 August 2006 – no refund of deposit.
