How to submit a final Paper?

Thank you very much for your interest in the ISPRS Midterm Symposium Technical Commission VI! The following steps should give you a guideline for the submission of your camera ready paper (deadline is 31 March 2014). You are kindly asked to prepare your paper as PDF file locally on your own computer, using the templates supplied below, and then to submit the PDF you have generated.

Guideline to read the reviewer comments

  • Use the link Paper Information.
  • You are asked to login to the Copernicus Office Meeting Organizer. Please use the same account as for the initial paper submission.
  • Click on the "Reviewer Comments" Link.
  • Please note that not all reviewers provided comments to the author. It might be that no comments are available.

Guideline to submit your final paper

  • Use the link "Final Paper Submission".
  • You are asked to login to the Copernicus Office Meeting Organizer. Please use the same account as for the initial paper submission.
  • Use the link "Final Paper Submission" (for ISPRS Annals Submissions) or "Final Paper Submission" (for ISPRS Archives Submissions).
  • Check the metadata (title, authors, affiliations). Please add all authors, as these data will be used for the publication and the programme generation.
  • Use the template for WORD (doc) or LaTeX (tex) to generate your full paper as a PDF file.
  • Upload your prepared final paper PDF file.
  • The online system then embeds your final paper PDF file in an umbrella template including the automatic generation of the actual header. The outcome is a complete paper PDF file.
  • Submit your final paper.
  • If the conversion of your final paper fails please specifies your problem, we will then take care.

In case any questions arise, please contact us at meetings@copernicus.org.

General Remarks

  • All accepted papers need to be updated to final papers (6 pages), which will be published in the ISPRS Archives/Annals.
  • For further details on how to format your paper, please refer to the ISPRS author's guideline (orange book).
  • Papers should be clear, concise and written in English with correct spelling and good sentence structure.
  • We recommend that the paper is carefully compiled and thoroughly checked, in particular with regard to the list of authors, before submission in order to avoid last minute changes.
  • The submission of a paper carries with it the obligation that it is actually presented at the meeting by the author or by one of the co-authors.

Please Note

An accepted paper is necessary in order to be able to submit a final paper.
