How to submit a contribution

Thank you very much for your interest in the Pecora 19, ISPRS TC 1 and IAG Commission 4 Symposium! The following steps should give you a guideline for the submission of your camera ready paper (deadline is 17 October 2014). You are kindly asked to prepare your paper as PDF file locally on your own computer, using the templates supplied below, and then to submit the PDF you have generated.

Guideline to read the reviewer comments

  • Use the link "Contribution Information".
  • You are asked to login to the Copernicus Office Meeting Organizer. Please use the same account as for the initial contribution submission.
  • Click on the "Reviewer Comments" link.
  • Please note that not all reviewers provided comments to the author. It might be that no comments are available.

Guideline to submit your camera ready paper

  • Use the link "Submission".
  • You are asked to login to the Copernicus Office Meeting Organizer. Please use the same account as for the initial contribution submission.
  • Use the link "Final Paper Submission (ISPRS Annals)" / "Full Paper Submission (ISPRS Archives)" or "Final Paper submission (transferred to Archives)".
  • Check the metadata (title, authors, affiliations). Please add all authors, as these data will be used for the publication and the programme generation.
  • Use the template for WORD (doc) or LaTeX (tex) to generate your abstract as a PDF file.
  • Upload your prepared abstract (PDF file).
  • The online system then embeds your paper PDF file in an umbrella template including the automatic generation of the actual header. The outcome is a complete paper PDF file.
  • If the conversion of your paper fails, please specify your problems, we will then take care.
  • Submit your paper.
  • Once you successfully upload your paper, you will receive a confirmation email including a link which will guide the access to the Copernicus' contribution management system.

In case any questions arise, please contact us at meetings@copernicus.org.

General Remarks

  • For further details on how to format your contribution, please refer to the ISPRS author's guideline (orange book).
  • Papers should be clear, concise and written in English with correct spelling and good sentence structure.
  • We recommend that the paper is carefully compiled and thoroughly checked, in particular with regard to the list of authors, before submission in order to avoid last minute changes.
  • The submission of a paper carries with it the obligation that it is actually presented at the meeting by the author or by one of the co-authors.

Please Note

An accepted contribution is necessary in order to be able to submit a camera ready paper.
