Registration

Registration for the conference is by payment of the appropriate registration fee. There is no waiving of registration fees. The registration fee includes the participation in the meeting, a program book and a USB flash drive with all conference abstracts.

Pre-Registration (closed!)

For the Pre-Registration, please use the Copernicus Office Trader by logging in with your Copernicus Office user ID and password below. If you do not have a Copernicus Office user ID yet, please create an account (see below) before starting the registration process.

The Pre-Registration is possible until 07 August 2009 at the following rates:

Pre-registration payments may be made by credit card (American Express, Mastercard, VISA or JCB) or by bank transfer. Student Registration requires the Copernicus Office status Student. Please check or modify your personal data.

On-Site Registration

On-site registration at on-site rates will be possible at the registration counter on:

Participants are required to complete an on-site registration form and then to pay their registration fee at the corresponding registration counter. On-site registration payments may be made in cash in EURO (€) or by credit card (American Express, Mastercard, VISA or JCB) at the following rates:

* Please enclose/show proof of status.
** Interested teachers and amateur astronomers which are not involved in professional planetary research.

Please note that there is no maximum limitation of registrations!

Conditions and Cancellation Policy

• Pre-registration must be accompanied by a payment, otherwise it will not be processed and the on-site registration rates will be taken as a basis.
• Registration fees are not transferable.
• Registration fees will only be refunded, if the notice of cancellation is received by Copernicus Meetings before 06 August 2009. The cancellation fee is €50.
• Any claims must be received by Copernicus Meetings not later than 6 weeks after the last day of the conference. Any later requests cannot be handled.

Importance Notice

• Once your payment has been effected you will be informed by email with your receipt and your invoice attached.
• All registrations will be registered through the Copernicus Office Trader which will also allow the registrants to monitor their input.
