Registration

General Information

Registration for the EPSC-DPS Joint Meeting 2011 is by payment of the appropriate registration fee. There is no waiving of registration fees.

Registration fees cover access to all scientific events, the program book, USB flash drive including the electronic program and abstracts, refreshments during the coffee breaks, poster sessions and the welcome reception.

EPSC and DPS would like to run a meeting which does not have a negative environmental impact. We are therefore recommending that you make a contribution of €25 (€15 for students and 1-day registrants) to the geresCambodia project. This will be billed separately on your invoice. If you do NOT wish to pay this, please remove the respective contribution during the registration process.

On-Site Registration

Onsite registration at onsite registration rates will be possible online from 19 August 2011 to 02 September 2011 (payment by credit card only) or at the registration counters during the conference week (payment by cash or credit card).

Cash-Payment can only be accepted in EUR!

There is no maximum limitation of registrations!

Conditions and Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-registration must be accompanied by a payment, otherwise it will not be processed and the late registration rates will be taken as a basis.
  • Registration fees are not transferable.
  • Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by Copernicus Meetings
    before 18 August 2011. The cancellation fee is €50.
  • Any claims must be received by Copernicus Meetings not later than 6 weeks after the last day of the conference. Any later requests cannot be handled.

Importance Notice

  • Once your payment has been effected you will be informed by email with your receipt and your invoice attached.
  • All registrations will be registered through the Copernicus Office Trader which will also allow the registrants to monitor their input.
