Registration

General Information

Registration for the 10th EMS / 8th ECAC is by payment of the appropriate registration fee. There is no waiving of registration fees except for scientists receiving a support.

Registration fees cover access to all scientific events, the programme book, refreshments during the coffee breaks and the icebreaker reception.

On-Site Registration

On-site registration at on-site rates will be possible at the registration counters and the payment can be made by cash or credit card.

Cash-Payment can only be accepted in EUR!

(1) Participants having paid their annual membership fee for 2010 to AMS, ESSL or any of the Member Societies of the EMS, and staff of EMS Associate Members.

Conference Dinner

Conditions and Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-registration must be accompanied by a payment, otherwise it will not be processed and the on-site registration rates will be taken as a basis.
  • Registration fees are not transferable.
  • Registration fees will only be refunded, if the notice of cancellation is received by Copernicus Meetings before 16 August 2010. The cancellation fee is €50.
  • Any claims must be received by Copernicus Meetings not later than 6 weeks after the last day of the conference. Any later requests cannot be handled.

Importance Notice

  • Once your payment has been effected you will be informed by email with your receipt and your invoice attached.
  • All registrations will be registered through the Copernicus Office Trader which will also allow the registrants to monitor their input.
