Press Pre-Registration deadline is 18 September 2009. This form must be received by that date for your badge to be available upon arrival. You may also register on site.

Please note, that the conference centre is located on the premises of Météo France  and security will have to be passed at the gate; pre-registration will facilitate the procedure.
