General Information and Booth Leasing
Companies, organizations, institutes or departments are cordially invited to:
- participate in the conference exhibition by renting a booth
- insert an advertisement in the programme book
Exhibition Hours
Monday, 4 September, 12:00 –18:00
Tuesday –Thursday, 5 –7 September, 09:00 –18:00
Friday, 8 September, 09:00 –12:00
Exhibition Location – Floor plan
The exhibition will be located in the First Foyer Hall of the congress centre together with the poster sessions, the Internet café and the registration area.
Please note, that the ceiling height is between 2.10m and 2.60m.
Booths – Floor plan
Each 6 sqm booth will consist of panels from 3 sides (System Octanorm – white panels and white aluminium frame), a table, two chairs, electricity supply, 3 reflectors and a board with the company name.
The price per sqm is EUR 300,- net.
Booth Leasing
If you are interested in renting a booth for the conference exhibition, please have a look on the Floor plan to check which booths are still available. Afterwards, you are kindly asked to fill out the Exhibition and Promotion Order Form online.
Additional Equipment
Any equipment in addition (price list) to the standard booth described above has to be rented directly from the congress centre:

Advertisements
The organizer accepts adverts only in digital form as photographs or images or as line art for inclusion in the scientific programme book in the following sizes:
1. Full size:
| 17.7 cm (width) x 24.0 cm (height) for 300,- EUR |
| 2. Half size: | 17.7 cm (width) x 12.0 cm (height) for 150,- EUR |
| | 8.5 cm (width) x 24.0 cm (height) for 150,- EUR |
| 3. Quarter size: | 8.5 cm (width) x 12.0 cm (height) for 100,- EUR |
Please note that the advertisements will be printed in black and white. Thereby, photographs and images must be submitted as .jpg, .gif or .png files with a resolution of 300 dpi, while all line art (line/vector graphs) must be submitted as .eps (encapsulated postscript) files to the Copernicus Meeting Office.
All your artwork to be included in the programme book has to be at the Copernicus Meeting Office by 22 June 2006 at the very latest.
The organizer also accepts flyers to be put in the conference bag of each participant. The fee for this service is:

Please note that your printed flyers have to be at the Copernicus Meeting Office by 15 August 2006 at the very latest.
Registration of Staff Members
Two free name badges (registrations) are included in each exhibition fee. If you would like to register more than two staff members you will get a special rate for them! Please contact in this case the Copernicus Meeting Office (meetings@copernicus.org)!
Conditions and Cancellation Deadline
- Orders must be accompanied by payment, otherwise they will not be processed.
- Orders may be paid by cheque or credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard/VISA/American Express/JCB). Cheques must be made payable to: Copernicus Meeting Office, c/o Exhibition 6th EMS / 6th ECAC, Max-Planck-Str. 13, D-37191, Katlenburg-Lindau, Germany, they must be written in the currency of the country of the bank to which the cheque is actually drawn and a cheque fee of 15.-EUR must be added.
- Payments will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received, in writing, by the Copernicus office before 31 July 2006. The cancellation fee is 100.- EUR.
Important Notes
- Please note, that your material to be exhibited or distributed has to arrive at Schenker d.d., c/o Exhibition 6th EMS / 6th ECAC, booth no. X, Brnciceva 51, 1231 Ljubljana, Slovenia (contact: Mrs Nina Modic, Tel. +386-1-5885-809, Nina.modic@schenker.si, http://www.schenker.si/) on 31 August 2006 at the latest. After the exhibition, Schenker will collect all the materials from the congress centre. All the exhibitors have only to tell Schenker where to send the pachages.
- Exhibitors can build up their booth on Sunday, 3 September 2006 from 15:00–19:00.
- The organizers do not accept liability for any losses or damages, and the exhibitor is responsible for the transportation to and from the congress centre as well as for the supervision of his/her stand.
- The organizer of the exhibition is Copernicus Gesellschaft mbH.
