Booking of Accommodation
We would like to inform you that we have made a preliminary booking in the below listed hotels.
Accommodation can be booked via the hotel e-mails and should have the notification “EMS Conference” not later than 03 August 2006. As the number of rooms available for the conference is limited, your choice of hotel can not be guaranteed after that date. Your choice of accommodation will be duly considered, and applications will be processed on a first come – first served basis. Most hotels in Ljubljana are within walking distance of the conference venue (up to 15 min). Prices include breakfast and tourist tax.
